Tom's expertise extends beyond traditional woodland management; he has successfully led complex environmental mitigation projects in the construction sector. His unique background in contracting adds an extra layer to his extensive experience, making him an invaluable source of advice and support.

In his leisure time, Tom is consumed by shuttling his children to football and basketball matches. Additionally, he finds some pleasure in training for and participating in triathlons.
