Rachel joined the Soil Association as a volunteer on the Standards team in 2011 after finishing her MSc in Social Research. Following her time with standards she joined the client services team in certification before moving to the processor certification team where she is now certification manager and specialises in cereals, herbs and spices and organic catering. Prior to joining Soil Association, Rachel managed an independent café in Cardiff.
