Lizzie has a BSc in Food and Consumer Management which is where she first started to learn about food policy and sustainability.
Whilst studying she gained experience working in local charities and large NGOs, and spent two months working at the Regulatory Affairs department at Kraft Foods.
After graduating Lizzie was the Head of Communications for a small herb & spice importer in her hometown of Bath.
Lizzie joined SA Certification as a certification officer in 2013 and specialises in organic meat, fish and poultry. She is also a member of the health & beauty team.
