Green Kitchen Standard Development Manager

The Green Kitchen Standard (GKS) is a new scheme developed in partnership with the Carbon Trust. Liz works with caterers across various sectors to help them achieve the Standard and become more energy, water and waste efficient.

Previously Liz has been the Awards Manager for the Food for Life Schools and Early Years Awards, and has worked at the Soil Association since 2007. Liz also has a degree in environmental management, so she suits the Green Kitchen Standard well!
