Farmer and Grower Board Member

Joe first got bitten by the farming bug back as a child on his grandparents Dairy Farm. He studied agriculture at Usk College before getting a Degree in Agriculture at Harper Adams. During his time at Harper, Joe’s industrial placement was as a trainee manager for a large salad grower in Shropshire.

This sparked a new found passion for growing salads and vegetables and on leaving university he began a career in vegetable growing working for one of the largest growers of Brassicas in the UK. Following this came his first steps into Organic farming and he has never looked back. He now runs RBOrganic Ltd based in Norfolk growing Carrots, Onions and Brassicas for the majority of UK supermarkets.
