Ian Ayling

Marketing & Communications Director

Ian is Director of Marketing & Communications, helping the many people we work with better understand and engage in the work we do.

Ian is also a Non-Exec Director of Richmond Fellowship, a leading national mental health charity and one of the largest voluntary sector providers of mental health support in England.

Before joining the Soil Association, Ian had a career in the food industry, most recently leading work at board level in retail organisations in the UK & Europe with the likes of Coop, wilko, Tesco and Groupe Casino.
