Dom has always cared deeply about sustainability, food sovereignty and the wellbeing of people, place and planet.

To this end he has been involved with an enormous variety of practical projects – from managing the restoration of a dilapidated former market garden to working on regenerative permaculture projects in both the UK and France.

He has also spent time working for a diverse range of organisations such as FareShare, the Avon Wildlife Trust, and a summer camp project in Catalonia. 

Outside of work Dom can often be found riding a bike, climbing a tree, or getting lost in a field. His allotment is a constant source of both joy and anxiety.
