PEFC Forest Management assessment Latvia
On 5th to 8th June 2017 Soil Association will carry out The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC™) Forest Management assessment of forest management by JSC "Latvijas valsts meži" Zemgales region in Latvia. The assessment will be against the requirements of the PEFC Forest Management Standard for Latvia, Association „PEFC Latvijas Padome” approved 18/8/15. Standard available at https://www.pefc.org/standards/national-standards/endorsed-national-standards/26-Latvia . The company is currently certified against this standard under certificate number LV11/0002, licence code PEFC/12-23-006.
