Appeal and complaints resolution procedure
Our aim is to be professional, clear and open in everything that we do.
If you have any issues about how we have behaved as a certifying body, please get in touch. We take all appeals and complaints seriously and investigate them fairly using our resolution procedure.

Please note: if your comments are about any of our certificate holders please bear in mind that we can only address issues that relate to certificate decisions we have made as their Certification Body. Comments that relate specifically to Forest Management (FM) certificate holders certified by us can be raised in the Stakeholder Consultations we carry out at each Forest Management audit.
