Organic certification - food and drink
Soil Association Certification is the UK’s largest and oldest organic certification body. We launched our first set of standards in 1973. At that time, there was increasing demand from shoppers and farmers for a more environmentally sustainable system. The standards provided a stamp of approval that guaranteed quality and integrity in the food they were buying.
The majority of Clearspring products are certified by the Soil Association as theirs is the most recognised logo which has become synonymous with ‘trust’Maria Dawson - Clearspring
Today, Soil Association Certification still provides that reassurance. Our symbol represents our aims and embodies our organic principles of ecology, fairness, care and health. In the UK we certify over 70% of organic food and drink sold and our organic symbol is the most recognised and trusted.
Organic farming and food production requires real commitment and attention to detail. It is backed up by rigorous, independent inspection and certification.
Choosing to go organic will enable you to provide that reassurance to your customers that what you produce is fully traceable from farm to fork.
