Data on exports to Australia, Chile, Israel, Japan, New Zealand & Tunisia
Certification bodies have been requested by Defra to collate data on organic exports to countries that the UK has equivalence agreements with. This data is required as part of the equivalence agreements.
We already hold export data for countries that require export documents, but for other countries we do not have access to that information. So, we are requesting businesses that export organic product to Australia, Chile, Israel, Japan, New Zealand or Tunisia to submit export data so that we can provide Defra with the information. The data would be for exports in 2024, so we ask that exporters submit this information to us by 31st January 2025.
