Non-organic feed derogations for dairy farmers

Following representations to Defra by all the UK Control Bodies and the organic dairy sector regarding loss of outlets usually supplied with organic milk due to COVID-19 restrictions; Defra has considered the request for non-organic feed derogations.

They have concluded that a derogation is available for those UK farmers having to sell milk as non-organic.
