Who can use the portal? 

The portal is currently available to our licensed organic food & drink, beauty & wellbeing, and fashion & textiles clients. We will look at rolling out to producer licensees at a later date and we will update this page as this project progresses. If you're looking for the Forestry Trademark Portal, you can find this here.

1. What is the certification portal?

   The Soil Association Certification portal is a central online system where you can manage your organic certification, respond to audit actions and submit certification forms. 

2. Why is there a new certification portal?

   The certification portal is an improved way for you to interact with us at Soil Association Certification. We have developed the portal in response to feedback from you, our licensees and have included many of the features you told us you wanted to see. 

3. I’ve forgotten my access details; how can I log in?

   You can use the ‘Forgot your password’ feature on the portal home page to regain access to your online account. 

4. What can I use the certification portal for?

   The certification portal gives you an online overview of your organic licences. It allows you to view and update contact details, view certificates and inspection reports, respond to audit actions, submit certification forms, view invoices and and identify any outstanding payments. 

5. Can I grant access to multiple contacts in my organisation?

   Your portal has a single login for your organisation, which can be shared at your discretion with multiple members of staff. You should consider your responsibilities around good data practice and password protection. You can change your password at any time by logging into the portal. 

6. We have multiple sites licensed with you, can we access all of these through one portal?

   The portal can only give access to an individual site it is therefore not possible to access all sites through one portal login.

   You will receive a different login for each site. Please keep a record of each login for your records. 

7. How secure is the information on my certification portal?

   Using the portal to share data is more secure than sending data via email. The certification portal is a window into your account on our licensing software called the ‘Intact Platform’. As an accredited space, Intact platform meets all of our accreditation and data protection requirements. Read more details on Soil Association Certification's accreditations.
