Jimmy's Farm is well know to all those who have watched the BBC TV series of the same name. Jimmy is passionate about breeding the Essex Saddleback pig and other rare breeds. The meat is sold through the farm shop, cafe and local farmers' markets. The farm does alot to support the local wildlife and there is a woodland walk which allows you to get close to nature. Jimmy's partner Michaela is keen to grow organic vegetables and herbs and the farm hosts a range of open days and school visits. Whilst the farm is not currently certified as organic, Jimmy and Michaela are keen to support our work in reskilling future generations in producing good quality food from a well managed countryside. Why not spend a day at the farm to find out more..?
