Learn the skill and confidence to make nutritious, digestible, tasty bread with Andrew Whitley, co-founder of the Real Bread Campaign. Breadmaking courses are in our studio kitchen with fabulous views, a wood-fired oven (and all the domestic equipment you would use at home). We produce much of the organic, local, seasonal food you’ll enjoy here, on the agroforestry smallholding. Whether you spend one day mastering an appetising, delicious gluten-free repertoire, two days on simple-but-special sourdoughs, or four days covering all you need to bring bread home to your community, you'll learn, and laugh, and be nourished.
