Have your say on the future of sustainable food in Edinburgh

24 September 2013

Soil Association Scotland is part of Edible Edinburgh, an initiative which aims to inspire, motivate and connect everyone across the city in developing new relationships with food, choosing healthier and tastier options and bringing social, economic and environmental benefits for the whole community.

The group has drafted a consultation document with the aim of engaging everyone in the city in the debate about food. Edible Edinburgh: A Sustainable Food Citylooks at a broad range of issues from food poverty to climate change impacts, access to land for growing, training for employment in the food sector and the support needed to enable everyone to play a part in changing our food systems and culture for the better.

Help kick start a collective conversation about how we re-imagine a new food system and culture for our city by completing our short survey by the 18th October (once you haread the consultation document).
