New to cooking or already a seasoned cook but need a little inspiration? We will encourage your creativity in the kitchen by covering a broad range of herbs and spices and teaching you what to do with them. Rediscover your spice draw and herb garden with simple spice blends, home made pestos and curry paste. We will also help your conquer your knife techniques by learning the simplest way to how to grip a knife, chop an onion, dicing, chopping, mincing, chiffonade and juiliene. We will create a lovely lunch throughout the course of the day to share at the end.
