Festival of lights ecotherapy workshop

A delightful way to experience the nourishing joy of ecotherapy is to celebrate Imbolc, the Celtic festival of St Brigid, of fire and light, renewal and rebirth. This is a one day retreat workshop working with nature, fire, light and self discovery. Refreshments are included, food to share will be organised.

With Jane Cooke and Julia Walling of Woods for Wellbeing.  Suitable for adults, whether you are new to ecotherapy or have prior experience of it.
