Warm winter meals that require minimal preparation, cooking and clean up. This class is to convince you that creating a simple, home made meal is far more satisfying and tasty than a ready meal. We will cover basic kitchen tips and techniques to help you conquer a quick meal. Lunch is included in the class and will be a tasting of the dishes prepared. With Erin Baker.
