New Catering Mark Manual

A new version of the Catering Mark Manual is now available.

Version 1.3 of the Catering Mark Manual has just been published on our website. The latest update includes clarifications on points at silver and gold for organic drinking milk and fresh British produce. Have a read of the new Manual here.
