Arable farm walk near Wimborne, Dorest (17 June)

Organic and non-organic arable producers are invited to a free technical farm walk on Thursday 17 June 2010 in Dorset to compare organic and non-organic arable systems and rotations.

Kindly hosted by Crichel Farms Ltd, near Wimborne in Dorset (BH21 5DR) - and supported by the Soil Association and the Dorset County Project Development Service - key topics include rotations, fertility, pest and disease control, establishment techniques, gross margins, equipment and technology, and RDPE grants and support for farmers and rural businesses.
