Become a host farm
With over 500 potential trainees and apprentices on our waiting list for the Future Growers scheme, we are keen to hear from new organic growers who would like to become a host farm.
Our host farms tell us they benefit from committed and passionate staff, bringing fresh ideas and energy, who have the potential to become valuable long term members of your team.
As a host grower you will provide:
- full time paid employment (minimum wage or higher). Please note that the rates for trainees and apprentices do not apply to this scheme)
- regular mentoring
- a wide range of growing experience
- a supportive learning environment
Future Growers scheme offers two placement opportunities:
