How can I trust organic products on sale in shops, supermarkets and farmers' markets?

Shops selling loose goods like self service muesli and farmers selling at markets must have a licence and must list their products on their trading schedule – both should be on display.

Supermarkets ensure that their organic products are pre packed. This means it will have come from a farmer and packer who holds an organic licence.
