Stephen Gelly Farm is a small family livestock farm of 120 acres. We rear Devon Beef, LLyen Sheep, and Poultry (meat and eggs). The majority of which we sell retail, direct from the farm  to small scale end users. We kill, pluck, gut, pack and label the meat birds on farm and do everything except the slaughtering of the beef and lamb on farm also. We also make BBQ charcoal, keep bees, pigs and goats on a domestic scale. We have two yurts and offer family holidays for a short time during the summer. Succeed with seed with selection perfection

Ben Raskin: One of the keys to saving your own seed is the 'selection', or identifying the best of your plants to keep the seed from. If you are aiming to 'maintain' a variety, in other words to keep it as close as possible to the original genetics of that variety, then there will be specific traits you will need to keep (colour, height, pest or disease resistance for instance). Most of just want to ensure the selection performs well in our garden or farm.
