Community Supported Agriculture
National Conference and Network Launch
The Subscription Rooms, Stroud - 3 December 2013
This national conference brought together community supported agriculture (CSA) enterprises and practitioners from across the UK for the first time since 2011. It celebrated the growth of CSA within the UK over the past few years and the launch of the new UK CSA Network. The day provided interactive learning opportunities and the chance to shape new regional support networks.
We shared innovative on-the-ground solutions that have been developed by projects in the UK and further afield. We explored some of the issues facing CSA in the UK with the aim of shaping policy themes that the new network will address. There were workshops on governance, market collaboration, managing volunteers and setting up a CSA.
